Bacon Cheddar Chive Scones
Yield: 8
Time: 45 mins.
Tips:
~Sub out the bacon with Black Forest Ham. You’ll need to sub out the bacon fat in the batter with olive oil and brush the tops with some leftover cream.
~For a larger entrée size, cut your disk into 6 triangles. You can split and separate them placing the bottom in a bowl, ladle on 8oz of chicken ala king, chili or seafood stew then lean top on an angle for a great presentation.

Mushroom Spinach Strata
Yield: One 9x13 pan
350° for 1 hour
Tip:
Use other ingredients like diced black forest ham, bacon or sausage, Kale or anything that screams breakfast for you and your family and friends love!

Mexican Shrimp Bisque
Yield: 1 Gallon
Time: 35 minutes
TIP: Sea stocks (clam or lobster broth) are readily available in most grocery stores, just ask as they may be hidden throughout the store.

Pestocado

TIP: After removing pit from avocado just use a tablespoon to scoop flesh from skin. This doesn’t need to be pretty, they're just being rough chunked anyway.

Time: 1.5 hours
TIP: More intense flavor, lightly toast the Cumin and Chili powders in a dry non-stick pan on medium for 3-4 minutes until you can start to smell a heavenly fragrance.
