Utilizing your platters and trays or my disposable containers, I’ll use nothing artificial, peak season produce, responsibly raised meats, and sustainable seafood.
I demand the choicest ingredients so you get both beautiful displays and great tasting meaningful food your guests will love.
Pricing and dates will be discussed at least 2 weeks in advance with a 25% deposit to hold your date and time.
