Reveille Cakes

Yield: 20 cakes

You'll wake up for these  healthy snacks in the morning or grab a few during the day or night. A favorite with your cup of JOE!

Ingredients:

1½C    Flour

1C       Whole Wheat Flour

¼C      Oatmeal

3C       Apples (fresh chopped)

2C       Cranberries  (chopped)

1¼C    Apple Juice

2T       Butter

2T       Canola

½ T     Vanilla

½tsp.  Baking Soda

½tsp.  Cinnamon

½tsp.  Salt

METHOD:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Combine all liquid  together and fold lightly into dry. 

  3. Scoop batter into a Whoopi Pie or muffin tins and 

  4. Bake - 375° for 18 minutes on middle rack turning half way.

  5. Enjoy!
